EPA Proposes Approval of Oklahoma New Source Review Permitting Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Oklahoma's Minor New Source Review air permitting program, which includes updates to the state's administrative code and incorporation of federal rules, following a February 14, 2002, submittal by the State of Oklahoma.
