Oregon Department of Transportation Receives Exemption from Commercial Learner's Permit Requirement

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has clarified its 2016 decision granting Oregon Department of Transportation and other state driver licensing agencies a limited exemption from the commercial learner's permit requirement, correcting an error that previously excluded the CLP requirement from the exemption.
