US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Finished Carbon Steel Flanges from India

The US Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of finished carbon steel flanges from India are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this preliminary finding, which covers the period from April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2016.
