EPA Finalizes Revisions to Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems

The Environmental Protection Agency is finalizing revisions to the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program for petroleum and natural gas systems, adding new leak detection methods and emission factors to calculate greenhouse gas emissions from equipment leaks, and finalizing reporting requirements for nine new data elements.
