NYSE Arca Grants Approval for Fidelity ETFs to Use Rule 144A Securities

The NYSE Arca has approved a proposed rule change allowing Fidelity's corporate bond, investment grade bond, limited term bond, and total bond ETFs to use Rule 144A securities, as modified by amendments 1 and 2.
