NASDAQ PHLX LLC Files Proposed Rule Change for Tick Size Pilot Compliance

NASDAQ PHLX LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to amend Rule 3317 and comply with Regulation NMS Plan, which aims to implement a tick size pilot. The proposed rule change will take effect immediately.
