Buy America Waiver Notification

This notice provides information regarding FHWA's finding that a Buy America waiver is appropriate for the use of non-domestic galvanized strands consisting of HDPE or HDPP sheath filled corrosion inhibitor meeting FDOT specification 938, ASTM and PTI requirements for SR-836/I-395 from West of I-95 to MacArthur Causeway Bridge in the State of Florida.
