FAA and PHMSA Propose Rule Changes to Hazardous Materials Regulations

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) are proposing rule changes to align US hazardous materials regulations with international standards for air transportation, in response to petitions from the regulated community.
