Tau-Fluvalinate Pesticide Tolerance Established for Wine Grapes

The U.S. government has approved a pesticide tolerance for residues of tau-fluvalinate on wine grapes, following a request from ADAMA, a subsidiary of Makhteshim Agan of North America, Inc. This tolerance is established under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
