OPM Requests Emergency Review of OMB Form SF 15 for 10-Point Veteran Preference

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency clearance and review of OPM Form SF 15, Application for 10-Point Veteran Preference, due to the current form approval expiring on October 31, 2016. The form is used to adjudicate veterans' preference claims and is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
