EPA Proposes Approval of Nevada's Air Quality State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection to address interstate transport of ozone pollution in compliance with the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS).
