Free Workshops for Shark Dealers and Vessel Owners to Meet Regulatory Requirements in 2017

The U.S. government will host free workshops in January, February, and March 2017 to educate fishermen and shark dealers on Atlantic shark identification and protected species safe handling, release, and identification. These mandatory workshops are required for federally permitted Atlantic shark dealers and vessel owners using certain fishing gear with limited access permits.
