NIH Proposes New System of Records for Electronic Research Administration, Exempt from Privacy Act
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is proposing to establish a new system of records for electronic research administration, which will be exempt from the Privacy Act of 1974, and separate from existing systems covering extramural awards and contract information.
