Manual for Courts-Martial; Publication of Supplementary Materials

The Joint Services Committee (JSC) has published supplementary materials to the Manual for Courts-Martial, which have been approved by the JSC and the Department of Defense's General Counsel. These materials are not part of the official Department of Defense position and are intended to be applied in conjunction with the relevant rules.
