EPA Announces Preliminary Lists of Eligible Units for Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Allowances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of the availability of preliminary lists of units eligible for allocations of emission allowances under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), following the completion of the first round of allocations for the 2016 control periods and the second round of allocations for the CSAPR NO X Ozone Season Trading Program.
