US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines No Shipments of Certain Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe from Mexico

The US Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico, covering eight producers/exporters, and preliminarily determines that two companies, Maquilacero and Regiopytsa, sold the product at below-market prices, while two others, Lamina y Placa and Mueller, had no shipments during the review period.
