EPA to Settle Lawsuit Over Ozone Air Quality Standards with Center for Biological Diversity and Others

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree to settle a lawsuit filed by environmental groups Center for Biological Diversity, Center for Environmental Health, and Clean Air Council, alleging that the agency failed to implement ozone air quality standards as required by the Clean Air Act.
