NYSE MKT LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Update Web Site Data Publication Requirements for Regulation NMS Plan

NYSE MKT LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to modify web site data publication requirements under Rule 67-Equities, in relation to the Regulation NMS Plan's implementation of a tick size pilot program, which is set to take effect immediately.
