EPA Makes Final Determination on Delaware County, PA Attainment of 2012 Annual Fine Particulate Matter Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a final determination that the Delaware County, Pennsylvania moderate nonattainment area has met the 2012 annual fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standard, allowing the area to suspend certain planning requirements under the Clean Air Act.
