FAA Considers Waiver of Aeronautical Land-Use Assurance for Bowman, ND Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to convert 162.71 acres of airport land from aeronautical use to industrial use, allowing for the sale of airport property in Bowman, ND, following the opening of the new Bowman Regional Airport.
