NOAA Requests Comments on Proposed Amendments to Puerto Rico Coastal Zone Management Program

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking public input on preliminary findings and a draft environmental assessment for proposed changes to the Puerto Rico Coastal Zone Management Program (PRCZMP), which the agency has determined do not meet its approval requirements.
