Waiver Request for Aquaculture Support Operations for the 2017 Calendar Year: M/V COLBY PERCE and M/V RONJA CARRIER

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to issue a waiver allowing foreign vessels to provide aquaculture support services in the US, due to a lack of suitable US-flag vessels available for the task.
