NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for North Pacific Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is publishing standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut to calculate the observer fee under the North Pacific Observer Program, which will be used for landings made in 2017, with invoices sent to processors and buyers by January 15, 2018, and fees due by February 15, 2018.
