World Trade Center Health Program Seeks to Revise Regulations for Eligible Responders and Survivors

The World Trade Center Health Program is proposing changes to its regulations to improve the appeals process for responders and survivors, as well as add new provisions for disenrollment and decertification of health conditions, following public comments on a proposed rulemaking published in 2016.
