EPA Requests Public Comment on TSCA Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements for Small Manufacturers and Processors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on revising the size standards for small manufacturers and processors under the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), following President Obama's signing of the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act in 2016.
