International Aero Engines AG Issues Airworthiness Directive for IAE V2522-A5 Engines

IAE has issued an airworthiness directive for certain V2522-A5 engines following nine in-flight shutdowns caused by premature failure of the No. 3 bearing, requiring inspections, corrective actions, and removal of the bearing from service.
