Bureau of Industry and Security Publishes Final Rule to Implement Australia Group Recommendations

The Bureau of Industry and Security has published a final rule to amend the Export Administration Regulations to implement the Australia Group's recommendations on human and animal pathogens, and biological equipment, following the February 2016 and June 2016 Australia Group meetings.
