HUD Proposes Rule to Revise Minimum Payments to States for Manufactured Housing Program

The proposed rule aims to provide a more equitable guarantee of minimum funding from HUD's appropriation by revising the minimum payments to states approved as State Administrative Agencies under the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, based on their participation in the production or siting of new manufactured homes.
