Investors Exchange LLC Proposes Rule Change to Require Public Disclosure of Director Compensation

Investors Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change requiring listed companies to publicly disclose compensation or other payments made to third-party nominees for directors or sitting directors in connection with their candidacy or service on the board of directors. The rule change would take effect immediately.
