EPA Publishes Receipt and Status Information for New Chemicals in November 2016

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to publish a notice in the Federal Register regarding the receipt and status of premanufacture notices, test marketing exemptions, and periodic status reports on new chemicals under review, as of November 1, 2016, to November 30, 2016.
