NOAA Approves He`eia National Estuarine Research Reserve Management Plan

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has approved the Management Plan for the He`eia National Estuarine Research Reserve in Hawai'i, which protects over 1.3 million acres of estuarine habitat for research, monitoring, education, and stewardship.
