EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Settle Lawsuit Over Clean Air Act Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement to settle a lawsuit filed by the American Chemistry Council and Eastman Chemical Company over a Clean Air Act rule requiring major sources to reduce hazardous air pollution from off-site waste recovery operations.
