EPA Reclassifies Sheboygan, Wisconsin Area as Moderate Nonattainment for 2008 Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reclassified the Sheboygan, Wisconsin area as a moderate nonattainment zone for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), requiring the State of Wisconsin to submit revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) by January 1, 2017.
