FHWA Abandons Environmental Impact Statement Plan for US 51 Corridor in Wisconsin

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) have decided not to prepare a Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the US 51 corridor in Dane County, Wisconsin, due to lack of available funding for future improvements.
