US Department of Health and Human Services Finalizes Rule for Runaway and Homeless Youth Act

The US Department of Health and Human Services has finalized a rule for the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act, updating program performance standards and regulations for grantees providing services to eligible youth and their families, in response to public comments and statutory changes made to the Act in 2008.
