EPA Proposes Approval of Utah's State Implementation Plan for Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a portion of a 2013 submission from the State of Utah, which aims to demonstrate compliance with Clean Air Act requirements for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards. The proposal specifically targets interstate transport prong 1 for the 2008 ozone NAAQS.
