NMFS Announces Revised Application for Incidental Marine Mammal Taking in the Gulf of Mexico

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has received a revised application from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) for the incidental taking of marine mammals during geophysical surveys in the Gulf of Mexico, with a new comment period now open until January 23, 2024.
