Minnesota Life Insurance Company, et al. Seek Approval for Flexible Variable Universal Life Insurance Policy Exchange

The Minnesota Life Insurance Company, along with other applicants, has submitted a request to the Securities and Exchange Commission for approval of a proposed exchange of new flexible variable universal life insurance policies for existing ones, pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940.
