Annual Adjustment Factors for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program for Fiscal Year 2017

The US Housing Act of 1937 requires annual adjustments to monthly rentals for Section 8 housing assistance payment contracts. The FY 2017 adjustment factors are based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index and will be applied at the anniversary of HAP contracts, starting from the effective date of this notice.
