Bifenthrin Pesticide Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established temporary limits on the amount of bifenthrin pesticide residue allowed on avocados and pomegranates, following an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The tolerances will expire on December 31, 2019.
