DoD Issues Final Rule on Contract Financing for Fixed-Price Contracts

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to simplify the process of providing customary contract financing for fixed-price contracts, eliminating the need for further justification for certain types of financing, except for loan guarantees and advance payments.
