US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Chinese Solar Cells

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Chinese solar cells, finding that two major companies, Canadian Solar and Trina Solar, sold their products in the US at prices below normal value during the review period, and is inviting comments from interested parties.
