OFCCP Issues Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to Strengthen Affirmative Action Requirements for Federal Contractors

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is seeking public input on how to enhance the affirmative action provisions under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the federal contractor sector.
