HUD Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Information Collection on Public Housing Authorities' Insurance Compliance

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking an additional 30 days of public comment on a proposed information collection requirement related to assessing public housing authorities' (PHAs) compliance with insurance requirements under the Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract and Regulations, as part of its review process under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
