VA to Terminate Per Diem Funding for Homeless Providers Grants

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is ending per diem funding for homeless provider grants awarded between 1994 and 2016, except for special need grants and Transition in Place (TIP) grants, in order to refocus programs and resources on serving the homeless Veteran population.
