EPA Publishes Direct Final Notice for Partial Deletion of North Penn Area 6 Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region III has published a direct final notice of partial deletion of approximately 6.5 acres of the North Penn Area 6 Superfund Site in Lansdale Borough, Pennsylvania, from the National Priorities List (NPL). The deletion is the result of EPA's determination that all response actions at the site have been completed, except for five-year reviews.
