EPA Finalizes Approval of Wisconsin's Infrastructure SIP Requirements for 2012 PM2.5 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing approval of some elements of a state implementation plan submitted by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources regarding infrastructure requirements for the 2012 fine particulate matter National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The EPA received adverse comments during the comment period and is addressing them in a separate rulemaking.
