EPA Approves New York State Implementation Plan for Air Quality Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized revisions to New York State's Implementation Plan, aligning with federal requirements and addressing particulate matter and greenhouse gas regulations, in response to a submission by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) on October 12, 2011.
