EPA Proposes Approval of Maryland's Nitrogen Oxides Averaging Plan Consent Agreement with Raven Power

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Maryland's state implementation plan (SIP) that includes a Consent Agreement between Maryland and Raven Power regarding nitrogen oxide emissions from two electric generating facilities. The agreement allows Raven Power to use system-wide emissions averaging to meet emission limits.
