EPA Proposes Approval and Limited Disapproval of California Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve or disapprove four permitting rules submitted by the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District (MCAQMD) for the State of California, as part of the state's Clean Air Act implementation plan. The proposed actions aim to update the plan with current permitting rules and address deficiencies in the existing rules.
